Next Chapter was birthed from challenges I experienced as a working mother and wife. I was trying to balance home/ work life and was not doing a good job; not to mention, I was running myself ragged. Something had to give. Journaling not only helped me organize my life, but it forced me to make myself a priority. In addition to improving my mental health, journaling helped me revive my marriage.

So, because of the benefits my family received from journaling and being mentored, I wanted to pay it forward to other women and families. Encouraging them to see beyond their circumstances brings me joy. Hence, the birth
of Next Chapter.
